You can find out when an email, calendar entry, or other Notes document was created, modified, or accessed, and more.
- Select the document.
- Click File > Properties (or click Alt+Enter).
- Click the Document Info tab to view the following information:
Accessible version:
Field | Information the field provides |
Created | When the document was first created. |
Modified | When the document was initially modified and saved. |
Added | When the document was first saved or replicated to the application. |
Modified | When the document was last modified and saved in the application. |
Modified by | The ID of the user or server that last modified and saved the document. |
Accessed | When the document was last accessed in the application. |
Size | The size of the document in bytes. |
